StikkiNikki is my No 1 ice cream place in Stockholm. The chain was founded by Nikki (who came to Sweden from the States in 2007) already in 2008. Word spread quickly about the amazing ice cream, so they now have 8 different stores around the city. I tend to buy this homemade ice cream at Mariatorget, as it is the one that is most conveniently located.
They keep changing the ice cream flavours, so you will probably not find the ice cream you had last time on your last visit, so why not try all the flavours that you are curious about when you see them? The scoops are American-sized, though, and are absolutely HUGE, so you will probably not be able to squeeze down more than two or three scoops. One scoop is 49 SEK, but it is possible to order a slit scoop (called "lagom") with two different flavours, that costs 56 SEK.
The ice cream doesn't contain any artificial taste enhancers or colorants, so at least you can feel fairly good about yourself when you eat this organic ice cream.

Whenever I visit Brickyard, I love ordering the lamb chilli, just the right amount of heat, and the meat is so tender after being slow cooked.
