For every tourist that visits Warsaw, Łazienki Park (Royal Park) is a must. Walking through the park can be tiring, so if it is Sunday and it is sunny at 12:00 you can rest listening to a Chopin concert in the open air.
But what if it is raining or windy? Then you can try sitting in Flora Caffe. Not far from the main entrance of the park and hidden in a small street that ends in Aleje Ujazdowskie, there is a cosy and green cafe with a perfect garden for a Sunday morning coffee - or a perfect garden for an evening beer, if you prefer.
The cafe also offers a range of different concerts, so it is worth checking the webpage just in case there is something going on while you decide to get closer to the park.
My favorite there is a coffee with a Szarlotka (typical polish apple pie) and of course a sunny morning to enjoy the garden.
P.S. It's not really a budget place and they don't accept credit cards.
